Ordering
We can take your orders by telephone, e-mail, fax, post or via our website. In addition we offer a dedicated telesales service, so we can arrange to call you on a regular basis to discuss your order requirements, or why not subscribe to our fax back service. Our fax back service could not be simpler - we send you a fax detailing the products you have ordered during the last six months with your current prices three days before we are due to deliver in your area. Just complete the form with the actual quantities required, fax the form to our office and your order will be on our van for delivery. Further details are available on request.

Deliveries
We offer a FREE local delivery service, subject to a minimum order value of £50, which covers an extensive area across the south coast. This local delivery service is backed up with a carrier service to all regions of the United Kingdom on a next day or an economy three-day service. Our policy is to ensure we deliver 'on time, every time'.

Products
As an independent distributor CJS Portsmouth are able to offer a vast range of competitively priced premium branded products and an extensive range of own branded products from all the major manufacturers supplying to the janitorial supplies and cleaning industry. If a product required to meet your needs is not shown, please do not have any hesitation in contacting our sales team who will be happy to assist you in sourcing the product.

Training
As part of our service to you the customer we are able to assist you with the training of your staff in both product usage and assist with COSHH. For further information about this service please contact our sales team. Health and safety data sheets are automatically sent out for classified products.

Sales Service
We have a small but dedicated team of sales representatives and office based sales advisors / account handlers, who are available to provide free technical advice to our customers in respect of products. In addition our sales representatives will be able to provide free site surveys, on-site demonstrations and advice on the most cost effective hygiene systems available. CJS Portsmouth also offers a dedicated after sales service to our customers.

The Company was accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 in 1994, for the stocking and supplying of industrial cleaning and janitorial products.

Investing in People
Our commitment to training and our ongoing development of skills within our workforce has recently been recognised as meeting the national standard for effective investment in people and we now proudly display the Investors in People accreditation.

Trade Counter
Our trade counter / save and carry shop is open between 8:00am and 5:00pm. All customers are welcome to visit our shop during these times to view products and purchase goods.
